Kai isn't just doing a job of feeding and walking your pet but genuinely cares about animals and understands how important they are to you then I'd go to Kai. She was amazing! I was apprehensive leaving my dog as he wasn't too well, but kai sent me updates and pictures every day. When I came back, he was relaxed, and it was clear that she had been looked after. I would recommend Kai 100%. I won’t send my Bentley to kennels now as its so much better to have him looked after at home.

​Kai is great with the cats - she clearly treats them as if they were her own pets - sometimes we worry that they might like her more than us! She's also been super flexible with us, taking last minute bookings and being very accommodating and even taking one of our cats to the vet. We'd recommend her to anyone with a family pet.
